NextGen and Division Manager, Dave Bissett, received recognition from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (EGSR) program for being a “Patriotic Employer” for contributing to National Security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting employee participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve Force.
The recognition is based on a nomination from NextGen employee Nick Riesett (LT): “During the time I have worked at NextGen Federal I have had to leave for several extended training events and schools. Dave has been more than accommodating to my military schedule…Balancing military life with civilian life can be a challenge and often forces Soldiers to make a choice. NextGen Federal has made this balancing act easier for me and my family.”

We are honored and greatly appreciative of this recognition. We are extremely proud of the dedication and accomplishments of our employees who have served in the US military and continue to serve through the National Guard and Reserves.
