As Senior Program Manager, Sam Gitlin provides staffing, financial management, leadership, and delivery oversight for NextGen’s DISA C2 T&E program. Sam has over 30 years of experience delivering all aspects of IT solutions. His career began as a software developer in the early 1990’s before transitioning to consulting as an application programmer writing business application systems. Over the next decade, Sam progressed to delivery management and began his government contracting career with Microsoft in 2006. He then managed intelligence system deliveries for Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and CACI and established himself as a DoD program manager. Sam is certified by the Project Management Institute as Project Management Professional and Agile Certified Practitioner. He earned his Master of Business Administration at the University of Baltimore.
